2. What information does Email Audit collect and process and for what purposes?

To be able to offer the service, Email Audit requires you to provide the following information:

  • Email address;

Automatically generated data

Email Audit processes certain information in order for the website and the service to work as optimally as possible. That is why Email Audit collects automatically generated data about your use of the website and the service. In so far as Email Audit uses this information, the data is always anonymized. Purposes

  • To provide the service to you, consisting of a check of your email and the sending of a report with results and suggestions to your email address;
  • To contact you regarding the services of Postmastery and Email Audit
  • To generate anonymous statistical data which can be used and publicized by Postmastery and Email Audit;

Use by third parties

Email Audit may provide your personal data to third parties if Email Audit is obliged to do so on account of national or international laws, case law and/or regulations or if Email Audit considers it necessary to do so in defense of its own rights. 4. Viewing, changing and deleting your data

If you wish to know what information Email Audit has collected about you, you can send a request for information on your personal data to: [email address]. Email Audit will respond to your request within four (4) weeks. If you then wish to correct, add, remove or screen your personal data, you may send another request. Email Audit shall respond within four (4) weeks to such a request. If Email Audit decides to deny your request, it shall inform you on the grounds of this decision.
